Enrolment Procedure

Enrolling is quick and straightforward. Students can register directly through our website, where our system seamlessly connects them to our Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).

The Enrolment Process:

  • Complete the online registration through our website.
  • Undertake a Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital (LLND) assessment to determine any support needs.
  • Our team reviews your assessment results and provides tailored assistance if required.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive access to the LMS to begin your studies.

RPL and Credit Transfer Policy

We recognise the value of previous learning and experience. The Elite Edge Training Academy offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to ensure all students receive credit for relevant skills and knowledge in accordance with Training Package and VET Accredited Course requirements.

Additionally, our Credit Transfer process allows students to apply credits for nationally recognised qualifications previously attained.

Fees and Refunds Policy

At Elite Edge Training Academy, we ensure transparent and fair fee policies to support all students.

  • Fee Administration – Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
  • Flexible payment plans are available.
  • Refund Policy – Refunds are processed according to our Refund Procedure, considering course commencement, student withdrawal, and special circumstances.
  • Procedure – Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed in line with our policy.

How We Collect and Use Your Feedback

  • A formal Course Feedback Survey is provided upon completion of your training.

Complaints and Appeals

Appeals

An appeal may be lodged when a student wishes to request a review of a decision, including but not limited to:

  • Assessment outcomes
  • Course progression decisions
  • Disciplinary actions

We encourage students to first seek informal resolution by discussing concerns with the relevant party. However, if an issue remains unresolved or requires further action, a formal process is available.

All complaints and appeals are managed impartially, confidentially, and fairly, ensuring every student has access to a clear and structured process. Support is available throughout, and no student will face discrimination or disadvantage for lodging a complaint or appeal.

Certificate Issuance Policy

We ensure timely and compliant issuance of all certifications.

  • Eligibility – Certificates and Statements of Attainment are issued upon successful course completion and submission of all required documentation.
  • Timeframe – Certificates are issued within 30 days of completion, provided all fees are paid and records are up to date.
  • Re-Issuance – Lost or damaged certificates can be replaced upon request and payment of a reprint fee.
