You will receive a graduate with a Statement of Attainment listing the completed units, enabling you to apply for a Real Estate Agent Licence through the Queensland Government Office of Fair Trading. Additionally, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification, CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
This qualification allows you to work as a Real Estate Principal, Licensee, or Independent Contractor, giving you the flexibility to operate independently or lead a real estate business.

There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, all courses require Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) capabilities, such as a working knowledge of English and basic mathematical understanding. You will need to complete an LLN quiz as part of the enrolment process to ensure suitability.
