Upgrade from Registration Certificate to Full Licence - Online

If you have completed the Real Estate Registration Certificate, you are just seven units away from obtaining your Full Real Estate Licence in Queensland.
This upgrade equips you with the essential skills to operate independently, manage trust accounts, and run your own real estate agency. It covers key competencies, including trust account transactions, tenant relationship management, operational finance, and presenting at hearings. The training enhances your industry knowledge and prepares you for leadership roles in real estate.
Upon successful completion, you.ll receive your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and hold the unit CPPREP5010 . Manage customer service activities in the property industry.

To complete the upgrade, you will undertake the following 7 units:

• 1. CPPREP4125 . Transact in trust accounts (Learn how to manage and process real estate trust account transactions in compliance with industry regulations).
• 2. CPPREP4506 . Manage off-site and lone worker safety in real estate (Understand safety protocols and risk management strategies for off-site and lone real estate workers).
• 3. CPPREP4124 . End tenancy (Gain the skills to manage the legal and procedural requirements for terminating tenancies).
• 4. CPPREP4503 . Present at hearings in real estate (Develop the confidence and knowledge to represent clients and present cases at real estate-related hearings).
• 5. CPPREP4122 . Manage tenant relationships (Learn how to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance property management outcomes).
• 6. CPPREP5006 . Manage operational finances in the property industry (Diploma unit) (Understand financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in real estate).
• 7. CPPREP5010 . Manage customer service activities in the property industry (Diploma unit) (Develop strategies to enhance customer service standards and manage client interactions in the property industry).

There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, all courses require Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) capabilities, such as a working knowledge of English and basic mathematical understanding. You will need to complete an LLN quiz as part of the enrolment process to ensure suitability.

To successfully complete the course, students will need:

• A computer to access online learning materials and assessments
• Internet access for research, submitting assessment items, and communication with tutors
• A Unique Student Identifier (USI), which can be obtained at www.usi.gov.au
• Please note that some units and assessments will need to be completed outside of class hours.
